Maybe those who didn't get the email have a setting to change in their profile here?  I can't imagine they wouldn't email everyone (especially with such a generic email).

I ordered Doll 10...three lip crayons.s. well took forever to get it ..it came from California If I had known that I would not have ordered  Plus returns are horrible.. I got an email stating that my return was on its way .. well that was last week.. still not showing my return
