I cannot longer edit my orders, there is no such an option in my orders anymore. Only in my ADs,to cancel them completely. I cannot even cancel orders that are on hold with a check OR change the method of payment. I wrote QVC but someone reply saying I have to edit something in my computer, etc. never had a problem before and I cannot edit them on my iPhone either, I always did . I find myself ordering more from competitors because of this. Anybody else has this problem? I don't like calling qvc every time I want to edit an order, I used to love using qvc.com

There is a problem. I edited an order to change a color and the next time I looked at it, it made it look like an auto delivery. I have no clue what is going on.

I edited an order yesterday with no problem. Sorry you ladies are having problems.
