I am new to the rewards sites...Check the Evrewards site, they post what all reward sites are offering and other "deals" as well.  I go there first and can quickly see who is offering what.  Make sure to check restrictions as they are different on each site.  The Discover Card seems to offer 5% but I do not have that card.  I have always liked to keep all my QVC purchases on the QCard to keep thing simple but that may have to change.  I do pay my bill in full each month so it has been many years since QCard made money on my but I do agree a loyal customer should receive rewards

@avid shopper  The 5% really is good and adds up fast.

The problem with using the Q card is that IMO if there is a dispute  at all (which I haven't ever had with Q or Discover)  about a charge or a product, I think the Q card bank would stick up for the Q.   And I've had a lot of problems with deliveries and products lately, believe me.   The reason I think this is that happened to me with the HSN card, when, after being a longtime shopper and cardholder, HSN didn't take one of my returns that was clearly within their return policy guidelines, I chellenged the charge on my HSN card and the card wouldn't refund my money (dispute).

I closed my card and never shopped with HSN again and I took that as a lesson ih the store's relationship with the bank that holds its credit card.  Not good.  I know Discover would not give me any problem if I ever disputed a charge on my card - I've been a customer with Discover for many years and they value me as a customer.

Again, this wouldn't be much of a concern if I haven't been having so many problems with Q's merchandise and shipping lately so that a disputed charge is a real possibility!

QVC is a corporate miser.  I'm fanatical about collecting that pitiful 3% from Mr. REBATES come hell or high water too.  They probably count on us not bothering since it's so little.

I% is embaressing.....like a slap in the face.

@PearleeThanks for the info on ebates.

As for saving money, I've really been concentrating on the not buying thing for a few years now because I went so overboard a few years back.  There's still too much -  too many clothes and shoes, too much jewlery, etc.  I've been really surprised by how little I want to buy and how much one item can create newness in my life.
