Easy pay

Beware of Easy Pay if your credit card expiration date comes in the middle of the easy pay! Rather than notify me, QVC Customer Care (?) team sent a nasty note threatening a collection agency because they could not bill the last two payments of five on my credit card. The representative who took my order asked the expiration date, never said a word about it being before the last payments or how to take care of it if there was a problem! I have authorized the last 2 payments, but am highly disgusted with the tactics QVC uses to get payments. I have always paid in a timely manner for everything I have I ever ordered. QVC needs to take a look at "customer care."
