Easy pay

Is there a reason why easy pay is offered as an option on insurance with some items and not others? I ordered an video game and I was given the option to also do easy payments on the insurance for it but wasn't given that option on another item.

I'm no help.  I've never bought anything from QVC for which I bought insurance.  Actually, I don't remember ever being offered insurance by QVC ev en when I bought electronics from them.

 

I would hazard a guess that although QVC is the retailer, the two items you bought have different manufacturers and therefore different insurers -  but as I said, that's a guess.

I've ordered some expensive electronics from the q and have never been charged insurance.  You are best contacting customer service with your examples.
