@elated  I hope you were able to get it straightened out!! I think I remember reading on another thread that there was a glitch in their system that was causing these "past due" messages to occur, but I don't remember on which thread it was I'm sorry. As I said, hopefully by now you've gotten it resolved!!

Oh and don't you just love those people who love to make unnecessary comments at those of us that use easy pay? I am a single mom and make less than $35k a year, so does that mean I shouldn't get to treat myself to something I would "like" every once in a while? Afterall I do work 48 + hours per week....Well, EP allows me to be able to do that! I don't have it ALL at once, but I can afford $5 a month for example. I always feel insulted when those posters who knock EP ALWAYS have to say, "I pay EVERYTHING in FULL, EVERY time", well I'm happy for you that you are financially ABLE to do that, but keep in mind there are some of us who aren't. We also like to have nice things though and personally speaking I"m grateful that they offer EP here at the Q. This is honestly the ONLY reason I shop here, otherwise I couldn't "afford" anything. Mabe put yourself in our shoes for a second BEFORE you post your not so welcoming comments....don't you think we'd also LOVE to be able to pay for something in full too?? Just a thought.

Sorry, thanks for letting me vent. It just frustrates me when I see others putting EP down as if those of us who utilize it are somehow inferior or something. That might not be the right word, but it comes off as a we're better than you attitude. JMO I'm tired as I worked all night and haven't been to bed yet and have to brb at 11p tonight, YAY lol so have a good day ladies!

No resolution yet. Talked to several CS reps and emailed the social team. All I found out that there is an internal error and should be fixed by tonight. Who knows what is going on with this company. For every step forward they make, they take two steps back. I am thoroughly disgusted. Apparently it happened on the 9th when my payment was due.

I started it in customer service when it happen to me and got a snarky remark about EP.  It has to do with the statement closing on the 8th instead of the 9th and those EP  Stuck in limbo.

QVC IS GETTING SO BAD. I have something stuck IN PROCESS AGAIN.

Well put! I'm a single unmarried woman who has a decent income but not enough to always pay full price for things, and sometimes Easy Pay is a good choice. Those of you that can pay full price all the time great, but don't shame those who choose to split payments because it makes it more financially convienient. I always see posts knocking Easy Pay whenever it's brought up which leads to some questionable comments about those that use it---some just need to refrain from always having that snooty comeback!

Please, please keep in touch with Customer Service and make sure that your payments go through and everything gets taken care of!!  Have them send your account to the Finance Department ASAP if needed.

Their problems made easy-pays stop going through and have the customer shown as overdue with payments.

QVC actually closed my account and sent it to collections due to their mistake of that so-called system glitch!

It was one complete mess.  You can read my story in:  Q Talk--Be Very Afraid!

I loved your poem in Q talk Brilliant.  So sorry you went through that.  They resolved it, but lot of anxiety they cause because no one knows what is going on at the Q.  I called the CC company and they said YOU ARE FINE, IT'S A QVC GLICH.

2 weeks of calling Customer Service, asking different moderators to intervene on our account and writing to Corporate it took more than 2 weeks to "fix" the mess of asking for 9 payments that only had 6. No one in Customer service could help and they finally sent it to Finance. "David" from Finance called and he said it would be cleared up but it wasn't the next day and it took many additional days to "fix" the mess they created.

I would truly be afraid to do business with a company that has so little regard for their customers. Also forgot a Cust. Service rep told me on the phone that a $690.00 pair of earrings was probably free ...a good will gesture on the part of the Q, when I saw a refund (that never actually came through). One hand doesn't know what the other is doing...Some of the "stories" my husband was told by the reps was like a sequel to "O'Henry"s" short stories.
