Hi everyone! I'm new to QVC, and to these boards. This might be a really stupid question, but hopefully someone can answer it for me. I recently made my first purchase on easy pay, and my second installment is due today. Does QVC automatically take it out of my credit card, or do I have to manually make the payment on my account?

They automatically take it out on your credit card.

@Uma19And if you want, you can sign in to your account and look at your easy pay items and see exactly when they will withdraw any future payments.

I often have a half dozen items on EZPay and I like to know when they will hit my account each month.  I've never had a mistake made, but I still like to know the dates so I can plan my spending.

You can also go into your account and pay off anything on Easy Pay at any time, which is also nice.

Hi @Uma19. Now it's my turn for the stupid question. I don't understand what you mean by,
"Does QVC automatically take it out of my credit card, or do I have to manually make the payment on my account?"

I don't understand your wording there.
To my knowledge, payments are "taken out" of debit card accounts, but no one takes anything out of a credit card account.

Rather, you will receive a bill from your credit card issuer which will include any easy pay that came due, and you will be responsible for making payment on the credit card bill in a timely manner.

She meant is her credit card automatically charged and it's my firm belief we all knew that's what she meant...

I don't know the "we" you speak for @stevieb, but it doesn't include me. I asked because I was unclear on her meaning.
