I never understand why people find this concept so difficult. However, I place all of my orders online, so it's pretty straightforward to pay how you want.

 

I do this with HSN, as well. I purchase two items on Sunday, I clicked one payment and it's done. No big deal.

I ordered something yesterday and it worked just fine for me when I changed the payment option.
