I have given in (after swearing I would not order anymore from QVC) & tried to place an order recently.   I refuse to do easy pay as I find it too difficult to account for refunds.  I am  frustrated that when you place order the default is easy pay.    I tried edit order to change to one payment but required me to update my credit card info.  I did this - saved info - & still would not change.   Tried several times -   Got so frustrated- just quit.   Thank you QVC - you just saved me over $100!

Anyone else having this problem?     I know I will give in again and attempt an order.

@Matchup  You can always go into "my account", order status, easy pay, and then pay all the easy pays at one time.  That way the entire amount will be billed.

Then if you need to return, you just need to take the amount, subtract the shipping costs, and the rest will be the credit.

When I ship items back, I always get a tracking receipt from the post office, and then use the smart label newgistics site to track since the post office tracking doesn't seem to ever update.

On the receipt I make notes of the amount I've paid, and then it usually takes 7 days from when QVC gets my return for the credit to show on my account (not at my bank).  If after the 7 days I don't see the credit information on my QVC account, I call CS and have never had an issue, they credit it immediately and can tell me the exact amount being credited, and then it appears on my bank information in a few days.

When you call and place an order, they (customer service) asks if you want easy pay.  Also, if I recall correctly, the automated ordering via phone asks if you want easy pay too.  I haven't done that in a very long time so I don't know if that feature is gone now.

@Matchup

Nope, no problems at all.

Do all my orders online and successfully change to one payment.  Just did it earlier.

I would like to find a way to set the default to one payment in full.  I don't want to string out payments for 3 to 6 months.  If the default to Easy Pay of some advantage to QVC?  Wouldn't it be better for them to be paid all at once?

I´m always wondering why some people are having such a difficult time editing Easy Pay to One  Payment. What´s the problem? I think we need to pay more attention when ordering.

I know a lot of people are glad that EP is the default. Suppose One Time Payment was the default and someone wanted something that cost $200, they click on OTP by accident instead of EP. They might get stuck because CS might not be able to change the payment type or cancel the order.

Use EP, once you receive the order and you plan to keep it, then just pay it off. Easy.

Just place something in my cart to see if anything had changed. Went throught the billing options. There are a few payment options.

GO TO BILLING OPTIONS and you will see where you can change to what ever payment you like.

It was just a test just to see if anything had changed. Did´nt need the item so did not place the order.

@Matchup, you can change the payment option by clicking on BILLING OPTIONS. You won´t have to update your card.

I have not had this problem.  I have just one card on file, and when I've wanted to use EP, no issues.

I don't understand, what you mean about finding EP, too difficult to account for refunds?

If you use EP, you would just get refunded, what payments, you had made, minus shipping charges..
