Easy Pay?????

On item A218446, it is QVC priced with no easy pay. But it has this message in red below item heading "Easy Pay Offer Ends 12/13 @11:59PM PT!" It is currently 12/9/13. so, why isn't it still on easy pay? If they are going to remove the easy pay before they advertised, why would they leave the incriminating evidence. QVC are you taunting us?
