Easy Pay Offers

When we get an easy pay offer in our emails, I dont think its fair to only be able to use it once. I bought something, returned it because I didnt like it, and my easy pay offer was wasted. If we dont like an item we purchased, we should be able to use our easy pay offer on something ellse.
