Ok Everyone, I have been a loyal QVC customer for many years. I have never complained and never had a problem, but I feel obligated to warn everyone.

I got one of those "easy pay" emails and decided to use it. It wouldn't act right online because it was already on 3 easy pays. So I called customer service and explained that I wanted to use my 5 easy pay. She said no problem and I even asked what the payment amount was. The next thing I know, my card is charged the FULL amount! It is late at night so I email customer service, although they said they were sorry that I would recieve a refund in 8-10 days. Now if I changed my mind I could understand but this is their mistake. Since I am using my debit card, I was pretty miffed! Just be aware that you might not always get what you think you are getting and it cannot be corrected right away even if it isn't your fault!
