Last week I ordered the TSV of NYDJ in a size 8P. I received them yesterday and just tried them, on.....couldn't figure out why they were so darn pig until I looked at the label. They were so big because I was sent a 14P and there was no order form or return label in the bag. Had to call CS who is going to send me the right sie/. This is just another example of why QVC is failing......the help.....and you get rid of one of your best - CAROLYN.......pathetic.......

@grooms Carolyn didn't work in the warehouse and pull order so she wouldn't have helped with your order even if she'd been there.
Out of curosity, was the size on the label on the bag a size 8 or a 14? Sometimes the factory labels them wrong.

I have stopped shopping here not because of Caroline, actually i stopped a few months ago because of the poor CS, wrong deliveries, etc. I have received a total of four items that were not mine with the customers personal information! I called CS and they just said send it back. I also have not received orders which means someone else probably has. Again I had to call CS. Late arrivals, wrong sizes, christmas garland with lights that were supposed to be battery operated without the string of lights and so on and so forth. One CS instance I called and a female answered that sounded intoxicated or whatever with a screaming baby told me to hang up and call back because she could not help me!!!! What the heck is going on! Maybe instead of having three yoyo's hosting at the same time they should spend there money more wisely. I have given up, destroyed my Q card and have divorced myself from this company. My money is good anywhere and I will shop where I can get good service and merchandise. Good luck to you all. I will continue coming to the boards and keep in touch with you lovely ladies and gentlemen.

Gosh, the day I stop shopping at QVC I will NEVER return to these boards. And if I ever stop shopping here, hopefully it is because I am too old and out of it to remember how to order. (When I am past 100 years old--a few decades away- -ha-ha!).
Life is never perfect--companies make errors, machines break down, labels fall off, people type the word "pig" instead of "big," etc.
I also know that employees come and go, some businesses close down and others open, and times change, so I try to go with the flow and be a bit more peaceful and philosophical about everything.
i am just content to have enough money in life that I can afford to buy nice, reasonably priced items for myself and others every once in a while here at QVC!

So they took immediate action to rectify the mistake? That's not something I'm going to get my blood pressure up over.
Mine came today. For some reason, I assumed they shipped directly from NYDJ.

I'm flabbergasted that anyone would complain about QVC CS. If regular CS can't help you, all you have to do is contact the mods. Problem solved!

Yes, @Kachina624, I must say I had very good service from the mods this week when I had a problem with an order...thank you, @AnjalenaQVC! They are invaluable here in my opinion and I always appreciate their help.
