Re: EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

Here ya go @AuntG .  They're beautiful and only $22.98. Of course all of that excess packaging brings the shipping cost up to $5.50, but still a good price for the quality.

Re: EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

I've been using the QR code option for at least a year now and found it to be a more efficient way of returning items.  They seem to process the return and refund more quickly than using the label and return receipt.  I just use the return option on the app and it leads me through the process,  Takes less than a minute and you get a QR code immediately in your email. Pack up your stuff, take it to the UPS store, they scan the QR, give you a receipt and you are done and on your way.  It's great.

Re: EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

Admittedly, I have not read every single response.  But I'm wondering if by using the QR Code to return are we still having to pay return shipping?  I mean, if I have to go out anyway to return it, I would just as soon have the label.  Amazon, for instance, uses a QR Code but the return shipping is still free.

Yes, whether you print your own label or use the QR code, you still have to pay the return shipping price.

Re: EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

To me, the key is OPTIONS. Customers should have options. If QR codes, printing or creating one's own label and so on works for some that's great, but others should have the option of using a return slip and label provided by them.

It would be nice if all retailers provided an option at checkout for receiving a paper invoice/packing slip with return label.  I could understand if they charged an extra $1 or nominal fee for that like some companies are doing to send paper statements now.

I received an email this morning re: no more return labels provided. We will need to look up order and print our own labels or use a QR code to mail at post office.

What do you think?

I can't remember the last time I used a label. I just pop over to the UPS store, show them the code on my phone, and they hand me a receipt. It's incredibly fast and easy.

Re: EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

What do we do if we are shipping more than one item back. In the past I would ship multiple items back in one bag, one label. If I use the QR code to return, am I going to have to send items back separately and pay $6.95 for each one?

[ Edited ]

I had purchased a Denim and CO. TSV from a few weeks back. The capris looked horrible on me.

I returned it using the QR code. It was easy peasy. I had the QR code on my phone. I drove to the UPS store that is about two miles from my house. Showed it to them, they even tape the box up. I received a receipt and it was all done.

I don't purchase from QVC that frequently anymore, but I really did enjoy the ease of the return process now.
