Since I am elderly and do not have a printer or know how to scam a QR code looks like I will not be ordering anymore. This is not going to help those of us in the same boat as me. It is shameful to change the return process after all these years. I hope that QVC will rethink this and keep it the way it was. I know over the years I have received other peoples orders for some reason and have had to return them. The Q is not the good company it once was I dont think. Sorry but I will say "Good Bye" to the Q and not order ever again fi they do not keep the returns the way they were and I am sure not going to order just to see in case I dont like it or something is wrong with the item. Tthey sent the wrong item, wrong size when I did not order that size like they have in the past or the product is not what I expected or etc.to go through that hassel. So long Q. NIce while it lasted but no more.

I just found out that I was charged over $10 for the return of an item!!!! I was charged the $6.50 return label fee and now they are charging a processing fee. I was dumbfounded and not very happy. I asked why does it. OST $3.50 to ship and over $10 to return....new policy I was told. Well my new policy will be to only purchase an item that is not clothing or shoes, something I know I won't need to return. But to be honest, any thing I can buy on QVC, I can buy on Amazon

Just got it this a.m. Nothing new to me as I always return using that process. I'd like not to get so much paperwork in packages myself--I end up shredding it all anyway.

I think it's just one more reason for me to use my discretionary income elsewhere. I don't have a printer (many don't) and a return now involves my getting into my car and driving into town. I live in the country. No thanks. Too many online companies have more customer friendly returns. If I have to drive into town, I'll shop locally more often.

@Betty Smithers QVC does NOT charge a processing fee. You are mistaken. If you use their return label they charge a fee for that and you do not get your original shipping refunded, but there is no processing fee.

I believe you are misunderstanding what has been the return policy for years and years now.
You are charged/deducted $6.50 for the return label fee.
You do NOT get your original shipping of $3.50 (Or more) refunded.
Therefore, YES, it could cost you $10 to return an item.
There is NO processing fee.
There is a return label fee and loss of original shipping.
However, this is NOT new. If someone told you that, they were VERY incorrect. Been the policy for ages.
Has nothing to do w/ this policy of phasing out return labels and going to QR codes.

@Shanus I've gotten used to no labels with the package so because there is a UPS store very very close to me, I just take a picture of the QR code on my phone and bring the package to the UPS store, show them the code and it prints a label and I get a receipt. I could print a USPS return label too but my experience is that my returns via UPS are processed sooner. In addition, my printer can be temperamental sometimes so using the QR code works for me. I used to print my own labels and pay for the returns myself, but now postage has gone up so it's no longer a savings to pay postage on your own as some do.

@catter70 I believe the addresses for returns, depending on the item you are returning is on the Q website.
Actually, I just checked and that information no longer exists on the website site.
