EMAIL NEW RETURN "RULES"

I received an email this morning re: no more return labels provided. We will need to look up order and print our own labels or use a QR code to mail at post office.

 

What do you think?

I received the same email.  Fortunately, I don't buy as much or make returns often anymore.  I prefer the way it was but can do other, if needed, as long as printer works. 😉 Not sure on using QR code...ok, if it works as well.  This could be a problem for older shoppers who have been a large base of QVC.

Based on the weight of my returns, I usually write my own label.  Most of the time, except for shoes, the cost is lower than the $6.95 they charge, so not having a label enclosed isn't a big deal to me. On the occasion I return shoes, I will print their label.

@charsha   The email didn't mention the return charge deducted form the item. It may have gone up like everything else lately.

During our winter stay in FL this year, I had the opportunity to use both the print label and the QR code options.  Since we did some visits all over, the drop off points worked very well.


My choice: take a photo of my iPad QR code with my cell phone and take that  store to a Staples store.  In and out within minutes.  No fuss at all.

Most of my orders haven't had return labels included for quite a while now.  So if I needed to return I've had to use this "new" method.

I don't buy much, but would rather get a return label. I don't have a printer and really have no need for one.I wonder if CS would give you the return address if you called them?

I too received the email this morning. I make few returns to QVC. I like the new method. More in line with Amazon. I will download the QR code if I have to make a return.

Most of the time I don't get a return label or invoice with the item. I have just gotten used to printing out their return label and take it to the local UPS store @Shanus
