E-mailing a complaint

I sent two e-mails the past three days trying to find out why my order is still in process after 10 days, and today they e-mailed me back to say that they would be closed after 4p.m. Christmas Eve and back on the 26th, and they will deal with my issue then!! What about dealing with it today, Dec. 23rd!!! I am very annoyed with this attitude. I am angry and totally helpless in dealing with this problem, and NOONE will even try to expedite anything for me. What kind of lousy service is this??
