@Stevie Nix    When you look at your order status does it show 2 of the same item ordered and does it show a total charged?  Before you selected submit order did you look at the charge and what the order included?

 

If your order status shows 2 items ordered and the total charge is for 2 items and you received 2 items then I don'tthink this is a QVC error. It looks like you received what you ordered.

Years ago I received a duplicate order of Nick Chavez hair products.  When I called they confirmed I had only ordered one and charged for one and to not worry about it .  THey did not want it back.

She said that there are 2 orders of the same item showing in her order status. If the total charge was for 2 in her order status then she ordered two and she received two.

If you are familiar with ordering food, then you know they don't want food items returned. Why not call and ask about duplicate shipments? Is this a real dilemma or do you want confirmation to keep both orders.

Does not seem like it was a duplicate shipment, seems like the OP ordered two by mistake.

@50Mickey - That is how quantities show up for me as well.
