Has QVC shipped something you ordered twice (that you only ordered once)? If so, how was the issue resolved by QVC Customer Support? Was your order perishable?
This has happened to me and I don't know if I want to go thru the hastle of returning a food item.

@Stevie Nix Kudos for your honesty. If it's a food item, they absolutely will not have you return it under any circumstance. You can report it so they can flag the shipper that possible mistakes are being made, but it's yours to keep.

HSN sent me 3 orders of croissants on the same day.
Triplicated the order! (it was the next shipment of AD)
I was only charged once.
Agree, you should call to let them know, but you will not have to return it or pay for it.

My sister recently received a double set of the Le Creuset mini prep bowls. She checked her initial order, and she only ordered 1.

I suggest double checking your order @Stevie Nix and make sure you didn't make the mistake and accidentally order 3. If your order states only 1 then call CS. They do not ask for food items be returned but it would be good to make them aware.
I've never had multiple items shipped for one item I ordered but I did have an item shipped on the wrong ship date. They refunded my money, had me keep the item and shipped another batch on the date I originally requested. QVC has a great policy on food items.

Eons ago---I ordered a small stained glass night light--was a xmas candle motiff I think---and got a box of 6! Only ordered 1 and called CS about it--they said to just keep it. And I paid for just the 1. Never was charged for the extras.Made very nice gifts, I must say.

The issue is that they charged me twice. There are 2 orders showing on my order status but they have the exact same order number. I don't think that's possible.

@Stevie Nix Yes it is possible. if you are looking at an item and placing an order there is a box for quantity. If you select a quantity of more than one the order # is the same. Your order # would show 2 items. At least that is the way is was for me when I ordered 2 of the same item at one time.

@Stevie Nix if you only ordered one item, but was charged for 2 call customer service, they will refund you and you will not have to return the food item.
