I know this is going to sound like a dumb question but I’m going to ask anyway. Do the vendors always have to be in the studio or on Skype? The hosts can’t present by themselves? I thought they did that in the past. I don’t remember the vendors always being in the studio.

@ShortyLugNut - I'm pretty sure it all varies based on the vendor, the product, and the schedule; I've seen plenty of shows where the host has presented at least a few items on their own, especially in recent kitchen shows and in shows on Q2.

@ShortyLugNut.  Originally there were no vendors at QVC,  however they obvious decided that it's more economically feasible to have them be part of the sales process.  I do find that presentation without vendors are more boring and not nearly as interesting.

i've seen vendors present their stuff by themselves without a host on QVC2 , which leads me to think if they can do that , why do they need 2 hosts on so many different shows?

I agree! Especially since the hosts are no where near as professional and good as in the past. Some hosts of the newer hosts are actually better giving descriptions than certain hosts who have been around. Anyway, the vendors give you information other than colors for crying out loud.
