Downright Unethical QVC!

I was just going through the items previously shown and saw the finale of Customer Favorites. One of the products was a Dell laptop that got 2 1/2 stars on the reviews. I'd LOVE to know by what criteria these so called "Customer Favorites" are chosen. Every time I think they cannot possibly sink any lower they surprise me. I'd love an answer to this question QVC!
