On December 20, 2010, I ordered a gift for my brother-in-law from QVC. I heard the host say over and over and over, your order will arrive by Christmas. When I placed the order, I asked the representative if I would in fact receive the order by Christmas. I was told I would. Well, Christmas came and went and no package. When I contacted QVC, they never apologized but gave me a $5.00 credit. I don't understand how $5 makes up for a broken promise, the fact that I had no gift to give my brother-in-law, and the fact that QVC has not apologized. This may be the straw that breaks this long-time customer's back and I might leave the Q for good.
