Hello and in case you haven't been welcomed yet, Welcome to the Community.  Can you tell me where you saw the picture?  Was it in a magazine?  Knowing where you saw the boots will help me help you find the boots :-)

Thanks so much. I wasn't sure where I had found them but I thought here on QVC but didn't find them in any searches. So happy that they were found & will be mine!
