Does anyone know if anyone from QVC reads the blogs to see what the customers are saying? Mnay blogs have helpful suggestions and ideas for upcoming shows.

@ILLINOIS GIRL I know what you mean and are asking. I think they most certainly do, but QVC does what the majority of customers are responding to, so if their sales are ok they are not looking to change anything IMO. The hosts or someone who assists them definitely read the forums because they will comment on what posters say on air if it annoys them enough.

@ILLINOIS GIRL More than likely there are just way too many ridiculous complaints and the same things ad nauseum to pay attention to and the legitimate suggestions get lost in all that. Also you can't please everyone so the bottom line is sales and unless near bankruptcy no need to change things.

I sure hope not. There may be really good ideas, but they get lost.

I would assume that Suggestion Box is read by management, b/c it seems that they’re soliciting our opinions in that forum, hence the title.
Whenever l want to voice some constructive criticism, or offer an opinion where it might have some effect, l post in Suggestion Box.

They better not wait for "near bankruptcy" to initiate real changes.....Qurates sales have been in decline for several quarters now, and I dont think their stockholders are too happy....and Qurates problem is the changes they are making----shuffling hosts around, coming up with new name for shows---isnt solving their real problem and they are going to have to wake up and listen to their customers and do better financially to please their stockholders....

I think they do gather some suggestions from the Forums and implement them, because you will hear a host ...."we read your comments" OR or vendor say, "based on customer requests and feedback we implemented some changes"....And this was the SAME comments that were on the Forums...Some of the Moderators have also said they passed some of the suggestions on.....Even Carolyn said she was going to try on different sizes of clothing based on viewer comments....(and these did not come from her Facebook Page because I look at that a bit and there's been no negative comemnts that Ive seen there...)
Now they are NOT going to implement each and every idea or suggestion that comes up on the Forums of course....But according to their financial results they can use some help ....will they listen....thats another question....
And even in the Forum Guidelines it states, as @handygal2 said, "The Suggestion Box forum is here for you – We strive to continually improve your experience with QVC and appreciate your suggestions."

I'm sure they do but would never admit to it. How else would they know what pleases us & what annoys us?
I often wonder if some of them post incognito.
