@Anduril Lots of times items come from their warehouses, and sometimes they come directly from the vendors. On this Forum you will often see reports from people who have encountered delays and cancellations.

I have not yet noticed any difference whether my order cpmes from a warehouse or a vendor's warehouse. I do know that just like lots of businesses, some products aren't available when we want them. That's certainly true locally.

I know when I tried to order major kitchen appliances locally, the salesman insisted I wait to make my selection until he could tell me exactly what was already available that fit my specifications because if it wasn't on his computer, it could be 6 months to never before I received anything including information!

@PA Mom-mom The NC warehouse is not going to be rebuilt. I do remember reading that they were building a new warehouse somewhere that would be air conditioned and much nicer.

We buy our appliances from a small local dealer. He is right up front about shipping delays in the various lines and categories. His showroom has been about wiped out for the past three years. I think stuff is sold before it is even uncrated.

Years ago QVC had items they were presenting on air in their warehouse ready for shipment. They no longer do that. I guess it is not possible with the large volume they now sell, lol!
