Re: Do you watch less QVC than you used to and why?

Yes, I can't remember when I last watched. They priced me out, too expensive and I find more clothing and just as nice at other places.
I don't miss QVC at all.

I am sick of the show host hopping into the product currently being presented. I just turn qvc off and go online.

I'm watching hugely less. I'm trying to save some money!

Re: Do you watch less QVC than you used to and why?

I still watch QVC, but much less than I used to do.  Why?  I find that some of the hosts are unwatchable.  Not sure what happened to them because I used to tune into their shows, but now they are so different with their so-called "storytelling" which I find not very interesting and it distracts from the overall shopping experience.  I'm ready to buy fashion or jewelry, but I'm usually not seeing styles that I want to purchase.  I'm ready to buy shoes, items for the home, or kitchen gadgets, but a lot of times, I find them overpriced at QVC compared to what I can get elsewhere.  There was a time when QVC would be on all day at my house if I had the day off from work, and I would never tire of it.  Nowadays even the hosts acknowledge that they don't expect you to have it on all day.  It's very repetitive, the "values" are not necessarity a good deal, and a lot of the sales schtick is a turn off.  But, I still keep tuning in and hoping to see a glimpse of what I used to like about QVC.  Overall, I'm disappointed with the direction management has taken in recent years, but I'm hopeful it will turn around.  Sometimes I get the impression management wants QVC to fail.

Clothes are expensive in So.California..yet the clothes on QVC are now more expensive! They may have a ton of t- shirt styles, but they are still 50 to 60 buck t shirts! Capris 60 bucks?? Or more..at the end of the day you are paying over a hundred dollars for a t- shirt and shorts. The easy pay is a great marketing tool..the hosts rarely mention the actual price..only the easy pay price..minimizing the actual ridiculous price
