Do you ever put one snaller qvc bag inside another when retuning something to Q? I know they do not encourage this, but have you done ot - and was it a problem?

I have also done this - two products in one bag. But I always write on the outside of the bag with a sharpie - words like two returns or two items. have never had a problem with returns!

Yes, I have done this before, too. But I have still been charged full return postage for each item, in spite of being returned in the same box.

I started buying from QVC in the late 80's and in 20 years I think I returned maybe 1-2 items. I used to purchase a lot of gold jewelry and the quality was really nice. In the last two years alone, I have sent back 3 items and have called in for reimbursement-refund for another 3 items. The quality of items that QVC sells has really gone downhill and it is sad. They used to "advertise" how tough their quality department is, but that is no longer shown on tv. That is an indicator that this is no longer the case. Perhaps they should find another word for the letter "Q" to indicate or perhaps change the channel name. I really wish that the products were good like they used to be. I'm just afraid to spend my hard earned money on something of mediocre quality that I will send back.

I don't do that because I use their return labels. If the item was lost it would be too difficult for me to remember what was inside of the other item.

When I take the item to the post office she scans the bar code and I get a receipt for it.

I return a lot of things (seldom because I don't like it but because they/it doesn't fit me the way I want it to). This just makes it easier for me.

LEXIE, I agree with you about the Quality. It has definitely gone down hill. I haven't been a member very long (compared to many of you). I've only been a member since around 2005. I've seen so many good products disappear.

I do this all the time, when I can, to save on return shipping. Actually, I wrap up each item in their original inner (clear) plastic bag and tape the return form for that item to that clear plastic bag. Then the items share the ride back to the Q. I make a note on the calendar when I drop it off using the return label provided and a second note 12 days in the future also noting which return label was used. If my return hasn't been processed in the 12 day period, I call CS and get the return(s) and refund(s) processed. To date, I haven't been charged multiple return shipping fees for items sent back together (fingers crossed that that doesn't change!)

Yes, I do it all the time, after the Post Office suggested it to me. I don't think it's caused a problem!! All that postage mounts up so when the PO says so, I do it!!!
