I ordered this ham as a Christmas present for my son and his family. I just found out that it had never arrived at their home. In a call to QVC, I was informed that the order had been canceled by Kansas City Steaks. QVC did not do us the courtesy of informing us of this cancellation, nor did they offer a discount for a reorder. I then called Kansas City Steaks. According to their records, the order arrived at their office already canceled. Who is telling the truth here? QVC or KC Steaks? I have never had a problem with QVC orders in the past.
