Re: Disappointed in QVC in 2013 -

I remember when they carried some very classy brands: Michael Kors, Dana Buchmann, clothing from Saks Fifth Avenue own line. By today's standards, the lines were high priced, and and yet every show was a sell out. Not every viewer wants bargain basement or the cheapest of the cheap. QVC has lost a whole cross section of customers. Carry price lines across the board, so that everyone has a choice.

Exactly. Variety. Not just Walmart wannabes.

Well Stevie, what can we expect when we have a Walmart executive sitting in the drivers seat!

When I recently called customer service at QVC because of lack of tracking info., or bizarre tracking info, having items going to the post office, then out for deliver, then back to the post office, etc., she told me they cannot tell the post office how to do their tracking, or what to do. Reallly? They can't complain on behalf of customers who are buying their merchandise??? Service is getting very poor - final straw.

Exactly... and as for what we can expect, apparently not much.

So true. I recently ordered a fairly costly item. It had an EDD of yesterday but it didn't arrive, nor did it arrive today. It will supposedly require a signature. They sent it USPS and there is literally no information on their tracking page for this item. I had to call CS twice to place the order, as it was an EP on Demand order, and the first time I called the representative got the shipping address completely wrong. Luckily I immediately checked the order status, saw the error and called back. The second representative was much more capable and corrected the address. I was going to call today about the status and lack of tracking information, but decided I'd wait another day simply because I've never found CS to be very helpful with missing/delayed orders, but am both concerned and annoyed.

txskies, BRAVO to you and all who have expressed exactly how I feel--I've never been a big Q shopper--I get a few beauty products occasionally---but I used to "listen" when I was home---between the salespeople that make me crazy and the junky stuff I see--not interested-----O/T are they going to have Christmas all year, this year?
