@nascarfan Talbots does that type of sale every now and then and end price can be very low.
One sale comes to mind from a couple years ago. In fact a fellow poster mentioned the 19.99 pants sale and that included wide leg all cashmere pants. So warm and beautifully made.
Also as-is QVC clothes can be a bargain. Belle pants work well for me and bought several summer pants in January of this year.
