I think Zappos has the best CS. Ordered shoes that arrived on 2nd day after I ordered them. One pair was too big and I wanted to exchange. The exchange came 2nd day and they won't charge me unless they don't get the original pair back in 2 weeks. They sent me a UPS pre-paid label for the return.
I ordered two LG tops on July 10, checked tracking today---nothing. A message popped up that said refer to: 'EDD July 21'. I paid over $9 for s&h on one top. Is this the best they can do? I lived in Alaska for thirty years and order many things, none as expensive and slow as this.
