I’m really sorry to hijack this thread, but I can’t even find how to create my own post. I think the interface must have changed or something.

I’m a little confused about how QVC shopping works now between QVC.com and TikTok.

I recently saw what looked like a really good QVC deal on TikTok, but when I went over to QVC.com to look for the same item, it wasn’t even offered there.

Are QVC on TikTok and QVC.com basically separate shopping experiences now? Are some items or deals only available through TikTok and not through the website?

I’m just trying to understand if this is how it’s going to work going forward, where certain offers are only available on TikTok and not on QVC.com.

Thanks for understanding.

@skittles2  I maybe used easy pays once in the 30+ years I've been shopping here so it has no affect on me.

I actually prefer 2 or 3 easy pays.

@Auntie Goose

I don't use TikTok, so I can't speak with certainty but I'm sure someone who has shopped QVC there will answer you.

But from what I understand, yes, there are only items available on TikTok that are not on the Q website that must be purchased through TikTok.

I think that they are offering more coupon codes to make up for the decrease in easy pays. Some coupon codes work for non Q card participants. Also, I do think customers aren't purchasing as much with the decreased easy pays. If an item is a small amount, no big deal but if an item is for a larger amount, it does make a difference.

I think the big walk back of easy pays after customers got use to 4 to 5 is hurting. I stop and think twice before I order. Everyone has their sweet point and breaking point. The Q card offers perks, this may be their plan to force customers into getting it.

I don't use EPs.  Too easy to get in financial trouble. If I can't pay full price, I don't get it.

I also don't use my Q card. Only got it one time when they had a $$ promo.

No, I have a strong distaste for 5 Easy Pays.  I don't want to pay for anything for that long.   I've often NOT bought an item because there were too many EPs.

I've only used easy pay once and that was for an expensive item that I thought there was a good chance I'd return. In that case I figured I might as well do the smaller payment while I decided. In general I don't buy anything that I'm not willing to pay for right at that moment and I often use a credit card for the rewards but will literally schedule the payment to that card as soon as I use it.

You can put something on 5 pays initially,  but going forward pay off the entire amount if you choose.

No one is ever locked into the 5 payment schedule.  It's not a requirement.
