I check my checking account on a daily basis to find out the balance and what has been charged. Within the past two weeks, QVC has debited my checking account for 2 watches when I bought one - Management could not give me an explanation why it happened. Today, they debited my account for an advanced order that had already been debited when I placed the order. The ring is not to ship before May 16th. I asked the rep and she had no explanation. Could not understand why it happened???? She will e-mail corporate office for an explanation. I have stopped shopping on QVC because of their unethical business practices. They kept saying if my account is overdrawn they will pay for the charges----WHAT!!!!!!! I am calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. How many other people are getting ripped off this way!!!!!!! Watch your accounts very closely.
