mine could have got lost in mail or shreaded with junk mail
my email may have went to spam or not come at all
or i could have just forgotten about it......life happens

@TheMemphisVette - yes, I also thank @RescueLover and the others that share the coupon details. If I'm unable to use them when I order online, I call CS and they apply the coupon discount when they place my order. You need to give CS the coupon code and they apply the discount to the order they place on your behalf. Works every time! Please continue to share coupons @RescueLover .

@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes Infrequent buyers may have financial reasons for not purchasing. IMHO, this approach is very risky due to all the backlash. It's discriminatory and causes problems for those who purchase on a daily basis. You don't want them to walk away. Marketing is a tricky business.
@elated People who are purchasing on a daily basis from QVC most likely have a shopping problem.
They are going to continue to buy whether or not they have free shipping. QVC knows this.
@50Mickey That is not necessarily a true statement regarding a shopping problem. QVC has no knowledge whether these customers will continue their buying. Nothing is certain except death.

@rockygems123 It is bad that she had to call multiple times and then they ordered the wrong item!
Lots of companies need to take a look at how they take care of their customers. My trash company had an issue with the amount of cans I had. One of my neighbors cans had blown in my driveway a couple of years ago, and I left it out hoping they would pick it up. No one ever did, so I called the company and asked them to pick it up. They never did, so I wheeled it into my back yard and it sat by my shed for at least two years.
So the trash truck driver happens to see it in my yard and reports it (never used it), so I get a letter telling me that they will be charging me for it. I tell them pick it up, and lo and behold, they do pick it up as promised. Done deal I thought. Nope, 6 weeks later I get another letter telling me they are going to charge me for the extra one and I can call their customer service number that's on the letter. The phone number they have listed on the letter has too many numbers to be a real
phone number XXX-XXX-XXXXX so it's wrong - no one proof reads before they send it out.
I call today and they have no idea why I got that letter. QVC is very similar to other companies, and one thing I can't tolerate is incompetence, it drives me crazy.

@RescueLover Honestly I can't recall but may try the new card. FSHAUG10. It was strange as I shared the June one and someone thanked me for it. There have been so many Free Ship days (knock on wood) hasn't been a problem. I just save it for later.
