Anyone know the email to get assistance when customer service is unavailable. First time I called customer service and they are so backed up they won't even let you wait on the line! Guess lots of people have issues today!

That always happens when they have free shipping days.  They get swamped.

I believe their backed up customer care has nothing to do with free shipping. I think it has to do with the fact that orders are not being shipped in a timely manner and are taking far too long to arrive. Also, items say delivered and they are not deluvered. In addition, they are incredibly slow with refunds. In the last two days I gave spent almost 2 hours on hold trying g to get things straightened out. I will certainly not be ordering anything until they get their act together. Thus is unacceptable and only emphasizes why they are in such financial straits.

@Susanp301   I have been with QVC since the beginning and I never had issues like I do now with things shipping in time and getting deliveries on time.  It is enough to make you walk away from QVC.

Sometimes shipping is out of their hands once it gets out of processing and shipped. I understand that, but I  don't understand why so many sloppy mistakes are made with sending out incorrect items. This did not happen to this extent before so often.  

 

I even received someone else's order, their invoice inside, thankfully, and my name on the label? Not convenient for me to deal with.
