Customer Service-You Rock

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} Recieved pair of Clarks boots, and sent back for larger size. Boots are on route, but not sure if I would receive in time for holidays. I called customer service, and a very nice gentleman reordered the correct size for me and cancelled my return reorder, this will insure I receive my boots before Christmas. So happy, this is the service that brings me back to QVC.
