I just had to call customer service because my easy pay for an item was "past due" and I was to pay it immediately. Well it turned out the original card I used to pay for the item expired 11/11. I updated this info weeks ago to reflect the new exp date etc. I called customer service to inquire about this and the woman I spoke with was very short with me and seemed annoyed with my question. Just wanted to vent because this was no fault of mine but was made to feel it was. Sorry Q but you better ramp up your customer service.
