So I called CS the other night because I had returned a ring on 2/24 and the tracking info up until the 13th said it was still sitting at my Post Office for pick up. The CS rep said that it may be just sitting at the warehouse and no one has posted it yet. She then informed that she marked it as returned and was going to refund my original EZ Pay payment. She also told me I would not be charged anymore EZ pays for this item since it has been returned. I got an email yesterday saying a refund had been issued.. Well this morning I go into my checking account and what do I see? No, not a refund but yet ANOTHER EZ Pay payment has been taken out of my account for a ring that has been RETURNED..
Once again I call CS she tells me she sees the notes from the last CS rep and she will be refunding THIS payment now and I should have it in 3-4 days and I will NOT be charged AGAIN.. Umm QVC? If I am charged again, we are GOING to have a problem.
