Why would QVC customer service call me?  Survey?  Anyone.

@Magicrat  I have an idea...why don't you call and ask them?   They do occasionally make calls for surveys.

Customer service called me a few months ago.  She asked if I had received a coupon sent to me by mail, thanked me for being a customer for so long, and general back-and-forth about QVC.  

I've read others having similar experiences lately, so perhaps this is a another new attempt to reach out to their longtime customers.

I'm a big spender in here and have received a call from them about upcoming jewelry deals.

I received a call from CS yesterday wondering if I had received my free shipping coupon and, if I needed help with placing an order. 

I wish I had been in town when they had a free shipping day on every purchase.

In the last couple of days, I've made quite a few orders, but none qualified for the coupon.

I also received a call didn't respond, because last time the were doing a survey and I didn't feel like doing it again

They called me the beginning of the week asking about clothing and why I do not buy fashion. I also get Shop and Share Squad emails often, usually bi-weekly.  So hard to tell, I guess the only way to know is to take the call.

I received a call too.  I treated it as a SCAM and hung up.

Never have gotten a call and wouldn't answer it anyway--if they can email me---
