Amen. Same here. Some of the phone calls are really sad and akward, to say the least. I'm not making fun of anyone; I feel sorry for them. Also, the phone calls are tough because the host, caller, and guest/vendor end up talking over each other without meaning to because of weird delays or something. Just something they need to let go of for many reasons, in my opinion.

Now that fewer people phone in orders the calls seem to have been greatly reduced. That is a good thing in my opinion.

I'm feeling like they are increasing the number of call-in's. I do not need to know what people are thinking about an item, I can make up my own mind.

Is it me or are all the calls cringe worthy?  LOL  As soon as they go to the phone, I change the channel.  ha.

I don't watch anymore (use qvc.com if I want to shop) but I remember hating the calls where someone would say, 'can I just say hi to Aunt Esmeralda-she's been under the weather and she'd be thrilled as she is a vivid QVC shopper.'

I remember a few callers who were irate or who were cussing out the host.

Now, those weren't boring at all.

@justashopper @Sometimes the calls make me sad because the person just needs to express their pain. They probably do not have a good support system. Loneliness is a very real thing, especially in a world where "mean" is the norm and people can become very isolated. Sometimes the calls make me laugh. I realize I am in the minority but they don't make me cringe.

The calls never bothered me.  I can always tell it seems to make the day for the customer getting to speak with their favorite hosts and designers. ❤️

I think it's a personal touch the Q needs to keep.

Can do without . Sorry to say alot of callers talk abt their medical problems or fein so much over a Host .

Today heard some lady say she had her  California innovations bag for 30 yrs and Alberti saying he has had his for 10 yrs .

Well, the ones I bought abt 5 yrs ago , the inside foil  has separated , handles broke and leaked  water from  melted ice.  I threw them out .

They don't bother me either, but I've not heard any of the callers as are being discussed. I hear one woman talking about the table umbrella one day, it convinced me to order it.

Annoying to listen to and a waste of time. Qvc needs to get rid of them.
