Contacting Tech Support

You really need a way to contact tech support! This is very unprofessional that I have to post something in a blog and wait until you get around to reading it! When I had a problem with my IPhone app with HSN I just email their tech support and they emailed me back in 15 mins and updated me all day with the progress of the fix! I called QVC customer service twice, they didn't have a clue. I posted my issue on face book and no one has answered me. What is wrong with you? You are the best, but your communication is so lacking in the tech support area! I am sorry, but that is how I shop on my Iphone. I am so disappointed.
