Placed an order this afternoon and it went through and I received an email confirmation.  Checked my order and it says contact CS.  Has this ever happened to you?  Guess I'll have call and see what is going on.

That happened to me once when I purchased an Ipad. The cost was a lot higher than my usual purchases. They wanted to verify that it was actually me buying the item.

actually, not lately but in the old days I was contacted by phone from CS about an item I had ordered. I verified a couple things and that was it. Just call the customer service and ask.

This morning it went to "in process."  Never got that note before.

There was a previous thread about this just a day or so ago....

 

It has happened to me as well.

 

CS has no clue why it says this......and sees nothing wrong w/ the order on their end.

 

Does go to processing in a day or so...

 

Just another glitch with QVC I guess.

I called and nothing happened. I was told it's a glitch. Happens from time to time. But the other three I ordered are in the process. Same exact orders.🤔

@Bella2022 @Biftu    It happened to me the other day.  I checked my order avd it said contact CS.  I contacted  via chat (much faster) and was told it was a technical error that would be fixed.  We shall see
