Community Boards - More Tech Problems?!

I tried to log into the forums numerous times but kept getting an error message. I finally was able to get in and now I see that there are only 25 members and 214 guests. I am assuming that I was not alone in having problems getting in.

My security alerts were going off like mad last night and I now wonder if there was a virus on this site.

I can't understand why there are SO many problems with QVC.com. No other sites have half as many problems. What are they doing that they cannot seem to get e issues under control? Is it that complicated?
