Color rectangle has no color!

I looked at a Motto sweater and shell earlier this morning and I was able to look at all the colors, they had color spots. Now I go back and they are rectangles with color names and the item doesn't change when clicking on a color. I'd like to see the item in that color before I order but I can't. What happened in about an hour??

Sure hope you can follow all this, it almost confused me when I read it back through.
