As the song tells us, there is a season for everything. When eBay was new and people could find anything out there, they bought it and collected it.  Money was also pretty plentiful.  

 

Money has been on the tight side for about 17 years.... and unless the collectible is really rare, it's not sought after.  Antiques (which I hunted and sold) went out of favor.  BUT GUESS WHAT?  They are starting to sell again on eBay, which is a (more or less) kind of barometer of what's going on out there.... and I jumped on it....

 

So, for the first time since I stopped selling antiques, I opened a booth yesterday and spent yesterday and today stocking it.  I've already sold two great items!

 

So never say never....  collections come and go and come back again!!  Humans love their stuff if they can afford to collect.... Woman LOL
