I purchased the set of two collapsible buckets with drains from a week ago show and they arrived today. I cannot get them to open up. I am not weak by any means but this is absurd. Maybe there is a secret I don't know. Does anyone have these? They supposedly collapse real good. Lol

Put your hand in a fist in an inside corner and with the other hand pull up the sides, one side at a time.

Watch the video. It shows how to expand them.

Didn't know about a video but thank you. I was thinking I could put my foot in it and pull up. They may be going back.

I had those in the motorhome, as well as the collapsible dishpans, they both worked very well. The heat of the water in them helps to make it easier to close them, I did not have trouble opening them, or don't remeber having issues though I may have when they were new. I usually put a hand inside them and pull up by grabbing the rim to set them up.

Stick a foot in and pull up on handles.  If you fall over that won't work.
