I'm watching Kim Gravel tonight.  Some really nice tops but the colors of the clothing show up so differently in the studio, then in Kim's house, and on the website.  They look so bright and bold in the studio.  They look a lot paler when Kim shows them. Then on the website they look totally different too. Must be the lighting but very hard to purchase anything in my opinion. Anybody else noticing this?

I have noticed this too.

The colors don't show up well on the camera set-ups that a lot of the vendors have in their houses. Very washed out and less vibrant than they appear in the Q studio.

Having ordered a number of items that looked different in the studio than at a remote location, I can say that in my experience the colors as they appear in the QVC studio are more acurate to what you receive when you get your item.

My TV set has a number of "brightness" adjustments on the remote:

Vivid

Bright

Moderate

Moderate Dark

Dark

I have also noticed this. I expect this because of the different lighting and camerawork. The product photos shown on TV presentations from the samples they only have on the website are very washed out looking. I really can't tell what the garments look like unless the hosts ask the cameras to zoom into these photos.

people should go by the colors in the studio and not what is seen in the vendors homes.    Even when they are broadcasting from the studio on Q2, the colors they show don't always look the same

Like other posters, I think the colors in the studio are usually closer to the real colors.  I have also found that if I select a color on the website, then look at the still picture and zoom in on some part where the garment is in shadow, that darker area often closely matches the real color.  I think that's because the models in those still pictures are photographed in bright lighting.

I agree with @Teddixat and @mb141312.. The colors in the studio are "true", the ones from remote locations, or their videos from the website appear "faded."
