How were those guarantees resolved by the Q?

Huh? The packages were delivered, but some of them just didn't make it to their destinations until after Christmas. There was nothing for QVC to resolve.

I have all orders placed, from any vendor, will not be ordering anything else that has a specific deadline that it has to meet. Everyone, have happy holidays!

The weather was at fault.

You realize that QVC cannot control the weather, right? QVC is not going to compensate people because an ice storm delayed a delivery - nor should they.

There is absolutely something for Q to resolve when they promise delivery by a certain date and it doesn't get there. I would have called CS and gotten a shipping refund. If you are correct that it wasn't weather, then Q needs to compensate their customers for the unkept promise, and then take it up with the shipping company used.

OK, reasonable people know that ordering items from anywhere-----2weeks or 10 days b/f Christmas is dicey. However, the show hosts especially Dave V. have to stop saying "we've been doing this for over 25 yrs. & we know how to do it right".

I wouldn't trust them and I wouldn't order anything that I wanted that close to Christmas.

That's why I am buying the rest of my gifts locally, so no problems with delivery.

I am ordering a couple of things but they are for ME. Smiley Happy
