Just wanted to share my experience. In the last few months I have had to call CS because I was charged for using QVC's return label when in fact I did not. Tonight the rep told me that I should call before returning to advise that I am not using the label. He told me that is what the majority of customers do so that billing automatically deducts that amount from your refund. That doesn't sound right to me at all. Why do they give you the option of using your own shipper? There is nothing on the bill that says please call if you are not going to use our label.
I'm glad I check my statements. I have been overcharged 6.95 on 3 separate occasions.
Also, I always ask to be notified by email when my return is received. Interestingly enough, the email is always for the correct amount of return.
