I'm glad Rawlinson will be replaced. 

But Mike George???  Isn't that g.o.i.n.g  b.a.c.k.w.a.r.d.s?

If I recall,  Mike George was horrible for QVC.  We all started screaming how the station took a drastic downturn during his tenure.  Hoping this is a very short stay for just the transition period and then they get someone sharp who can wake up the station and not show the same overpriced house brands week after week.  As a shopper since day one,  I am certainly hoping for the best.  

They have had some great leaders in the past,  just not the last two decades.

Glad that Rawlinson is going, I think his leadership (or lack thereof) is one of the big reasons the QVC is where it is today. On the other hand, I'm happy to see that Mike George was tapped to return from his retirement.

Maybe we could flood McKinsey with our concerns that have not been addressed over the last decade +. 

Never underestimate the power of a squeaky wheel. I can vouch it has worked for me time and time again.

I wouldn't be surprised if hosts "up the antics" through the balance of the year.  I think that outrageous,  social media inspired behaviors will be rewarded.

I've worked when McKinsey came in and they are ruthless.  Employees re-submit resumes, undergo interviews, interrogated about every aspect of the job and basically reapply for their position. 

Very, very stressful. 

Happy Holidays!  Only the Tik-Tok and social media savvy will survive (in my view.)

Maybe that's why Rick is retiring. He sees the writing on the wall and is getting out while the gettin is good.

No matter how much excitement he showed jumping around on set he had that tired look on his face.
